If you’re looking for props to stack with a Seattle win tonight, Cooper Kupp’s 20-yard line is a useful starting point. He’s reached it in 12 of the 14 Seahawks wins he’s played in over the past year. George Holani’s reception under offers another angle: he’s finished with one catch or fewer in six of seven wins.
A Seattle win is the starting point for these Side & Support picks. From there, we’re looking at what has tended to come with it: modest receiving totals for Kupp, fewer catches for Holani, or a quieter night for Worthy on the other side. Those records help narrow the options; each player’s role and price still matter.
Smith-Njigba’s 70-yard line and Worthy’s reception under round out these four Seahawks parlay picks. They bring different prices and workload questions to weigh before choosing your support.
Four props to pair with a Seahawks win

Jaxon Smith-Njigba: 70+ receiving yards
Smith-Njigba has reached 70 yards in 12 of the 15 Seahawks wins he played in over the past year. At −282, you’re paying for some yardage cushion.
The argument is consistency across results: he has also reached 70 in 16 of 19 appearances overall. The win-only record is a little lower, so this isn’t a case of a Seattle victory making the prop more frequent.
This season’s three Seattle wins produced 122, 155 and 76 yards. The last of those cleared by six yards. His three misses in wins over the full year were 23, 19 and 27 yards, including two playoff games, so a strong team result doesn’t rule out a quiet receiving night.
Cooper Kupp: 20+ receiving yards
Kupp’s 20-yard line is −163, offering a bigger payout than Smith-Njigba’s 70-yard option. He has reached it in 12 of 14 Seahawks wins and 15 of 18 appearances overall.
He has hit it in two of Seattle’s three wins this season, with totals of 35, exactly 20 and 13 yards. That 20-yard game counts for 20+, while the 13-yard outing in Seattle’s most recent win missed. His latest game was a 50-yard performance in a loss to Denver.
It’s a modest requirement, but the recent wins show why you still want to weigh the price rather than assume the line will take care of itself.
Xavier Worthy: under 4.5 catches
Worthy finished with four catches or fewer in all seven Chiefs losses he played in over the past year. The under is −116, and the comparable record across all his appearances is 11 of 14.
Here’s the catch: all seven of those losses came last season. The Chiefs are 5–0 this year, and Worthy stayed under this line in three of those five wins. He caught seven passes last week and four in the game before that.
Rashee Rice is out again, so Worthy’s recent workload deserves more attention than the perfect old loss record alone.
George Holani: under 1.5 catches
Holani has finished with no more than one catch in six of the seven Seahawks wins he played in over the past year, compared with eight of 11 appearances overall. At +108, this under offers the biggest payout of the four options.
He has stayed below two catches in all three Seattle wins this season, with zero, one and one. But his other games include five- and four-catch losses, and a three-catch playoff win is the miss in that seven-win record.
Zach Charbonnet remains out, leaving Holani in a backfield led by Emanuel Wilson. His role can change with the game, and seven wins are still a small sample. Two catches would be enough to beat this under.
Seahawks parlay picks: how to weigh the options
Smith-Njigba and Kupp let you compare two receiving-yardage requirements at different prices. Worthy’s under looks at prior Chiefs losses, with a current-role warning attached. Holani gives you a reception under with a bigger payout and a seven-win sample.
Choose the ideas that fit your view of the game; there’s no need to stack all four. Seattle’s pass catchers share the same passing offense, and separate hit rates don’t tell you how often a whole ticket wins.
