Franz Wagner handed out fifteen assists in Phoenix, but his fifteen points fell short of the scoring target below. If you’re backing Orlando against Golden State, his twenty-three and twenty-six points in the Magic’s two wins this season offer a different picture of his contribution.
These Magic parlay picks compare Wagner’s lower points target and Desmond Bane’s combined points, rebounds and assists in Orlando wins with their all-game records. Side & Support uses the longer Orlando history to give those two recent wins some context, then leaves you to choose the route that fits your view of a Magic win.
Magic parlay picks: Wagner’s scoring or Bane’s full contribution
Both records cover regular-season appearances with Orlando since October 1, 2025. The current-season comparisons below contain only two Magic wins, already included in those longer records. Individual DraftKings prices are November 7 snapshots and can change.
| Player & prop | Odds | With this result | All games |
|---|---|---|---|
| Franz Wagner 18+ points |
−329 | 86.4% 19 of 22 ORL wins |
71.4% 30 of 42 appearances |
| Desmond Bane 25+ points + rebounds + assists |
−192 | 83.0% 39 of 47 ORL wins |
67.8% 61 of 90 appearances |
Franz Wagner 18+ points (−329)
Wagner gives you a scoring target below his main points line. Twenty or more points was −207, compared with −329 for eighteen. That extra cost buys a difference in the longer Orlando record: nineteen of twenty-two wins reached eighteen, while fifteen reached twenty.
Both of this season’s wins cleared either target. Wagner scored twenty-three against New York and twenty-six in Toronto, playing thirty-seven and thirty-nine minutes. The larger record is what distinguishes eighteen from twenty; two current wins alone wouldn’t tell us much about that choice.
His recent losses show why a busy night doesn’t necessarily mean enough points. Wagner scored fifteen in thirty-eight minutes against Phoenix while supplying fifteen assists. Two games earlier, he had fourteen points and twelve assists in forty minutes against Boston. With Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs sidelined, Wagner has had plenty to do, and some of that work has been as a passer.
Three wins in the longer record missed eighteen points: fourteen against Milwaukee in seventeen minutes, eleven against New Orleans in twenty and seventeen against Minnesota in twenty-two. Those shorter nights matter, but the recent full-length misses make it clear that playing time alone won’t carry this prop. This season he’s reached eighteen in five of eight appearances.
Desmond Bane 25+ points, rebounds and assists (−192)
Bane can reach this total through scoring alone or fill it out with boards and assists. The New York win is a good example of the second route: twenty-two points, six rebounds and two assists added up to thirty. In the Toronto win, twenty-eight points, two boards and six assists brought him to thirty-six.
Twenty-five combined has reached thirty-nine of forty-seven Orlando wins since October 1, 2025, compared with sixty-one of ninety appearances overall. That’s 83.0% in wins—less frequent than Wagner’s points target, with a lighter individual price. Fifteen points alone was −366 and reached forty of those forty-seven wins; it’s another way to ask for Bane’s contribution, at a heavier cost.
Moving up the combined ladder changes the record. Twenty-eight or more was −108, but reached thirty-five of the forty-seven wins. The lower twenty-five target keeps four additional wins in the comparison.
There are recent misses at normal starter minutes. Bane’s fifteen points and six rebounds in Phoenix came without an assist, leaving him at twenty-one in thirty-two minutes. Against Boston, nineteen points, two boards and one assist totaled twenty-two in forty minutes. His Washington loss did clear twenty-five, with twenty points, three rebounds and three assists, but he’s reached this total in only four of eight games this season.
The older misses weren’t all short appearances either: he finished with eight combined in thirty-three minutes against Miami and fifteen in thirty-five against Brooklyn. The winning-game record gives this option its case, without making the target routine whenever Bane takes the floor.

Choose the scoring cushion or the broader route
Wagner’s eighteen-point offer asks for less scoring at a heavier price. Bane’s combined total costs less and gives rebounds and assists a part to play, but has the lower historical rate in Orlando wins. Pick the contribution you’d rather back; there’s no need to take both.
Both draw on Orlando’s offense, and an assist from one could come on a basket by the other. Their separate records don’t establish a combined chance of success or a same-game parlay price.
