Canucks Parlay Picks vs. Oilers: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Connor McDavid had four points but only three shots in Edmonton’s latest loss to Anaheim. For anyone building around a Vancouver win, that’s a useful distinction: his shot under can land on a night when he’s still driving the Oilers’ offense.

These Canucks parlay picks take that recent Edmonton-loss pattern alongside Brock Boeser’s shooting in Vancouver wins and Connor Murphy’s point totals in Oilers losses. Comparing each with his full record over the same period gives you a choice of contributions to back or limit, rather than a requirement to take all three.

Canucks parlay picks: two shooting options and a point under

McDavid’s row covers this season, including just six Edmonton losses. Boeser and Murphy use regular-season appearances with their current clubs since October 1, 2025; Murphy’s Edmonton record begins in March. Those longer samples include this season. Connor McDavid under 3.5 shots on goal (−145)

McDavid has finished with three shots or fewer in all six Edmonton losses this season. His latest outing against Anaheim shows why that’s a different request from holding down his scoring: one goal and three assists came with those three shots.

His point under was priced at +145 for fewer than two points. That offers a larger payout, but it reached only three of those six losses and five of seventeen games overall this season. The shot under at −145 leaves room for him to keep setting up teammates, and even to score, as long as he doesn’t put a fourth shot on net.

This is a recent pattern, not a long-established feature of Oilers defeats. Since October 2025, he stayed below four shots in only 28 of 47 Edmonton losses, or 59.6%, compared with 56 of 99 appearances overall in that same period. He also had four shots in an April playoff loss to Anaheim. And in the recent win over the Rangers, he reached six shots in more than twenty-three minutes. You’re considering a small current-season run against a much less convincing longer record.

Brock Boeser over 1.5 shots on goal (−170)

Boeser gives you a Vancouver contribution to back. Two shots has been much more common in Canucks wins than across his full Vancouver record, and the lower target makes a real difference when compared with asking for three.

The three-shot milestone was +165. It reached 13 of the 26 Vancouver wins in the longer sample, compared with 21 for two shots. Across all 93 appearances in that period, the three-shot target reached 35 games and the two-shot target reached 58. At −170, you’re paying for the room to finish on exactly two, which covered eight additional wins in that history.

The current season is less persuasive: he reached two shots in two of Vancouver’s three wins and only six of eighteen games overall. The winning miss came against Edmonton, when he had one shot in nearly fifteen minutes. Last season also included a zero-shot win over Boston despite more than nineteen minutes on the ice, plus a win over St. Louis in which he played just thirty-three seconds.

There is recent support for the modest target. Boeser had six shots in the latest Vancouver win over Anaheim and three in each of the two most recent losses. He’s expected on the first line. The appeal is the two-shot cushion and the larger winning-game history; this season’s low overall frequency is the reason to be selective.

Connor Murphy under 0.5 points (−270)

Murphy has gone without a point in all fifteen Edmonton regular-season losses in this sample, including six this season. He also finished without a point in sixteen of seventeen games overall this season, so this isn’t something that has depended entirely on the Oilers losing.

His assist under was −320. That offered the same fifteen-of-fifteen record in regular-season Edmonton losses as the point under, at a heavier price. Across the same thirty-seven Edmonton appearances, the assist under reached thirty-three games and the point under reached thirty-two. Choosing no point at −270 gives you a larger payout while asking him to finish without either a goal or an assist. So far, that extra restriction hasn’t cost a loss from this particular regular-season record.

The playoffs tell a very different story. Murphy recorded a point in three of Edmonton’s four losses to Anaheim in April and May, scoring in two and assisting in another. Those games are separate from the table’s regular-season figures, but they matter when weighing a perfect record built from just thirty-seven Edmonton appearances.

More recently, his lone point this season was an assist in a win over San Jose. He had no points and one shot in the latest loss to Anaheim, playing 19:26, and he’s expected on Edmonton’s second defensive pair. This is the more expensive option here, with a strong regular-season record and a clear postseason warning against treating it as automatic.

Pick the contribution that fits your Vancouver view

If you expect McDavid to create chances without piling up shots himself, the shooting under lets you leave his point total alone. Boeser’s two-shot line takes the Vancouver side of the comparison, with a larger winning sample but weaker current-season consistency.

Murphy asks for a different kind of quiet night: no scoring contribution from a defenseman. The choice is whether you prefer that stricter scoring limit at −270 or McDavid staying below four shots at −145. You don’t need both; separate hit rates don’t tell you how often a combination will succeed.
