Clippers Parlay Picks vs. Timberwolves: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Darius Garland took eight, ten and eight threes in his first three games, then just three in the Clippers’ latest loss to the Lakers. Two makes is a lower target to chase, but if you’re backing Los Angeles at Minnesota, that drop in attempts is worth your attention.

Garland’s threes, Isaiah Jackson’s rebound under and LaMelo Ball’s assists on the other side offer three ways to compare player props alongside a Clippers win. Each comes with a different question about shots, minutes or how much club history you have to work with.

Clippers parlay picks: three support options

These records cover last season and this season with each player’s current club, including the playoffs. Garland and Jackson are shown in Clippers wins; Ball in Minnesota losses. The overall records cover the same periods. Garland has 24 Clippers games, Jackson 21 and Ball just five Timberwolves games.

Darius Garland: 2+ threes at −370

Garland made two threes in 13 of 14 Clippers wins in this history. It’s a strong record, but 14 wins with Los Angeles is still a small sample.

He’s started all four games this season and made three, four, two and one threes. His average minutes are up to 32.8 from 29.2 in the older Clippers games. The opening win over Sacramento brought three makes from eight attempts in 32 minutes.

His last two games show why both attempts and shooting matter. Garland needed eight tries to make two against Oklahoma City in 36 minutes. Against the Lakers, he took only three and made one in 26 minutes. The first game only just cleared this line; the next didn’t give him nearly as many chances.

Three threes at −134 pays more, but it covered only nine of 14 Clippers wins and 13 of 24 games overall. Two at −370 leaves room for a two-make night. He did make five in 23 minutes in his one Minnesota meeting as a Clipper, though one older game with different personnel says little about his attempts this time.

Isaiah Jackson: under 6.5 rebounds at +104

Jackson’s rebound under has been common across his Clippers games, not just their wins: 18 of 21 overall and ten of 12 wins. It gives you another way to approach the Los Angeles scenario without assuming a win itself will keep his boards down.

He’s stayed under in all four games this season, with five, six, six and five rebounds. He’s also started each one and averaged 21.5 minutes across a 15–28 range, up from 15.8 in the older games. You’re backing the under with a bigger current role.

The two six-board games came in 28 and 24 minutes, so he hasn’t needed a tiny shift to stay below seven. Still, both left no room for another rebound. Four of his six against Oklahoma City were offensive boards.

His latest five came in 19 minutes, split between two offensive and three defensive rebounds. The one older Minnesota meeting in this Clippers history brought six in 18 minutes—another close finish for this line.

Under 6.5 at +104 needs six rebounds or fewer. It’s the only positive price here, balanced against just 21 Clippers games, 12 wins and the increase in his current minutes.

LaMelo Ball: 6+ assists at −357

Ball reached six assists in both Minnesota losses and four of his five Timberwolves games overall. That’s the whole club sample; it doesn’t include former-team games to fill it out.

He’s started all five, with assist totals of six, five, eight, six and eight in 17–31 minutes. The losses brought six in 31 minutes against Cleveland and eight in 28 against Golden State.

The miss was five in 23 minutes in the win over Orlando. Against Toronto, he got to eight in only 17 minutes. Those two outings make it hard to turn a minutes estimate into an assist total.

Five assists at −690 covered both losses and all five games. Six at −357 costs less and asks for one more assist. Seven at −201 covered just one of the two losses and two games overall; the Cleveland loss on six is where the difference shows up.

Minnesota listed Anthony Edwards and Donte DiVincenzo out in Friday’s report. That changes who’s available around Ball, but it doesn’t tell us exactly how much he’ll play or how many assists he’ll add.

Choosing your Clippers parlay picks

If you want Garland’s lower line, consider whether you expect his attempts to recover from the Lakers game. Jackson’s under pays more, but his increased minutes make those six-board finishes important. Ball gives you a passing option with very little Minnesota history to lean on.

Rui Hachimura was questionable with a quadriceps issue in Friday’s report. His final status is relevant to the Clippers’ rotation, without automatically deciding Garland’s shots or Jackson’s minutes.

Choose the route that fits your Clippers view; all three don’t have to go on the same ticket. Their separate records don’t establish a combined chance of winning or an available parlay price. Follow live Clippers–Timberwolves matchup, or explore more NBA parlay ideas.
