Ducks Parlay Picks vs. Senators: Side & Support Parlay Plays

A Ducks win doesn’t have to mean a quiet night for every Ottawa forward. Shane Pinto scored in the Senators’ recent losses to Vegas and Los Angeles without recording an assist in either game. If you’re backing Anaheim against Ottawa, that’s a useful distinction: you can leave room for a Pinto goal while asking him to stay off the assist sheet.

These Ducks parlay picks build around a hypothetical Anaheim moneyline win, quoted at −102 by DraftKings at 10:42 a.m. EST on November 1. Anaheim hosts Ottawa at Honda Center on Sunday, November 1, at 8 p.m. EST. Leo Carlsson to record a point gives you an Anaheim scoring option; Thomas Chabot’s point under and Pinto’s assist under offer two different ways to look at Ottawa. Side & Support compares those individual choices with what happened in Ducks wins or Senators losses, so you can choose the ones that fit your view of the game.

Ducks parlay picks: three supporting options

The records below cover each player’s appearances for his current club since the start of the 2025–26 season, including the playoffs and this season through Saturday. The win and loss columns refer to the player’s own team; the all-game column uses that same club and period. DraftKings prices are a November 1 morning snapshot and can change.

Leo Carlsson: 1+ point at −195

Carlsson lets you back an Anaheim contribution without choosing between a goal and an assist. He supplied three assists against Buffalo in the Ducks’ latest game and had a goal and an assist against Vancouver before that. Anaheim lost both, but his involvement gives you something more useful than simply hoping the Ducks’ scoring finds him.

The longer view makes the link to Anaheim wins clearer. Carlsson recorded a point in 80.0% of those victories, compared with 61.1% of all his Ducks appearances in the same period. This season, he’s contributed in four of their five wins and nine of his 13 games overall. That’s support for a one-point target, rather than a claim that every Ducks win runs through him.

The exception is worth remembering. Anaheim beat Winnipeg 5–1 on October 9, 2026, and Carlsson finished without a point in 16:25 on the ice. The Ducks can score enough to win comfortably without him getting on the sheet. Ottawa also held him scoreless in its 2–0 win over Anaheim on March 14, 2026.

DraftKings offers two or more points at +235, a much bigger payout for a bigger night. That happened in 21 of the same 45 Ducks wins, versus 36 for one or more points. One point is the more forgiving choice here; the plus price on two points doesn’t make it interchangeable with the target in the table.

Thomas Chabot: under 0.5 points at −160

Chabot gives you the more direct Ottawa scoring under: he needs to finish with neither a goal nor an assist. He’s done that in all four Senators losses he’s played in this season, including their 6–5 loss to Los Angeles. Ottawa still scored five that night, so this doesn’t ask you to predict a team-wide scoring drought.

There’s a useful price choice within his own markets. Under 0.5 assists costs −225, while the point under is −160. The assist under held in 28 of his 33 Ottawa losses across the full period; the point under held in 27. You get the lighter price by accepting that a Chabot goal would also beat you. Those are alternatives to compare, rather than two independent angles to stack.

His work on the ice keeps this from being an easy dismissal of Ottawa’s defenseman. Chabot has averaged about 24½ minutes in his 11 appearances this season, and his latest game brought an assist in the 5–1 win over San Jose. He also scored in Ottawa’s March 14, 2026 shutout of Anaheim. Even in a Senators defeat, he can find a way onto the scoresheet: an assist in their 4–1 loss to Washington on March 18, 2026 is the latest such exception in this history.

The appeal is the difference between his scoring in Ottawa losses and across all his games, backed by his recent scoreless defeats. It isn’t a bet that he’ll have little opportunity. His 12:03 appearance against Philadelphia remains part of the record alongside the nights when he played much longer.

Shane Pinto: under 0.5 assists at −275

Pinto’s assist under gives Ottawa more room to score than his point under would. His goals against Vegas and Los Angeles are the recent examples: each was a one-point night, but neither included an assist. That’s why the distinction matters if your view is an Anaheim win with some Senators offense along the way.

The price reflects that extra room. Under 0.5 points is −125, but Pinto went without a point in only 30 of the same 43 Ottawa losses. Removing the goal requirement raises the price to −275 and the historical losing-game record to 39 of 43. You’re paying for a narrower way for the prop to fail, with less profit in return for each dollar risked.

That narrower requirement can still fail in a lopsided loss. Pinto assisted on a goal when St. Louis beat Ottawa 7–2 on October 13, 2026, despite playing only 18:20. His latest outing also included a goal and an assist against San Jose. He’s averaging nearly 20 minutes this season, so there’s real time for another helper to arrive.

The current losing-game record is five clears in six appearances. It supports the longer history without making the older 90.7% figure a forecast for tonight. Pinto’s prop leaves room for a goal from him; Chabot’s requires Chabot to finish without any point. They concern different players, so the price and the scoring role you expect from each matter when choosing between them.

Choose how you want to back Anaheim

Carlsson is the straightforward route if you want a Ducks player involved in the scoring. On Ottawa’s side, Chabot offers the lighter-priced under, while Pinto leaves room for a goal at the higher cost. Taking both Ottawa unders puts more of your ticket behind who supplies the Senators’ offense; their separate records don’t establish a combined chance of winning, and a sportsbook can adjust the price of related selections.

You can build around the option that suits your view without taking all three. Follow the live Senators–Ducks matchup for the game markets, or explore more NHL parlay ideas.
