Pistons Parlay Picks vs. Knicks: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Cade Cunningham has handed out eight assists in each of Detroit’s first three games, and Duncan Robinson has made five threes in all three. If you’re backing the Pistons at Madison Square Garden tonight, there’s a straightforward place to start: their playmaker and one of his shooting options.

These Pistons parlay picks work outward from a Detroit win. Side & Support looks at what has accompanied that result—or a Knicks loss—so you can compare props that belong in the same view of the game.

Cunningham’s seven assists and Robinson’s two threes have both shown up regularly in Detroit wins since last season. Jalen Brunson scoring 20 points offers a different route: New York can lose without its leading guard having a quiet night.

Cade Cunningham: 7+ assists

Eight, eight and eight: Cunningham’s opening three assist totals give this line some recent support, with room for one fewer tonight. His seven-assist mark has also appeared more often in Detroit wins than across all his Pistons games in this stretch.

The −448 price makes you pay for that lower line. This isn’t asking Cunningham for a big scoring night; it asks Detroit to turn his passes into baskets. That puts his passing at the center of this particular Detroit-win view.

Duncan Robinson: 2+ made threes

Robinson’s five threes in each of his first three games are comfortably above this two-make line. That’s a promising opening week alongside a much larger Detroit record, rather than a case built on three games alone.

Two makes still depend on his shot falling. His latest misses in Pistons wins came when he finished with one three in March and April. At −430, this is a modest target with a substantial price.

Jalen Brunson: 20+ points

Brunson has scored 21, 19 and 28 points in the Knicks’ three opening losses. Those games show both sides of the choice: a productive Brunson night can fit a Detroit win, but he can also finish just short of 20.

His 24 hits in 30 New York losses put this option right at 80%, with almost the same frequency across all his games. The appeal is that resilience when the Knicks lose, rather than a claim that a Pistons win makes his scoring more likely.

Pistons parlay picks: choosing your support

Cunningham and Robinson are the clearest Detroit-offense pairing to consider. Brunson gives you an opponent-side option if your view is a Pistons win in a competitive game. Choose the part of that story you like best; the two Detroit props already share some of the same work.
