Oilers Parlay Picks vs. Rangers: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Connor McDavid has an assist in every one of his 14 appearances this season. Saturday’s 4–0 win over the Islanders extended that run with one assist, while Evan Bouchard also finished with one. For Edmonton’s visit to the Rangers, those single-assist targets offer a useful starting point before considering a more demanding multi-point night.

The premise for these Oilers parlay picks is a hypothetical Edmonton moneyline win, quoted at +110 by DraftKings at 8:07 a.m. EST on November 1. The teams meet at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, November 1, at 6 p.m. EST. Edmonton arrives 10–2–2 and New York 7–6–1. The options below compare McDavid and Bouchard assists with a Gabe Perreault points under; each adds its own requirement to that Oilers-win view.

Each row covers the player’s appearances for his current team across 2025–26 and 2026–27, including postseason games. The result column uses Oilers wins for McDavid and Bouchard, and Rangers losses for Perreault. The all-game column uses the same appearances without the result filter. These are individual prices and historical frequencies, not a quote or probability for a combined parlay.

Connor McDavid 1+ assists (−220)

McDavid’s current assist run includes all 10 Edmonton wins and all four losses. That makes it a strong recent individual pattern, while also showing why it shouldn’t be treated as something that happens only when the Oilers win. He had two assists in the 7–2 loss to Toronto and one in the 4–3 loss to Detroit.

Across the two seasons, he recorded an assist in 45 of 53 Edmonton wins (84.9%), compared with 70 of 102 appearances overall (68.6%). His latest two wins brought two assists against Calgary and one against the Islanders. The one-assist target retains both; 2+ assists at +210 would have missed the Islanders game.

The longer record puts a number on that difference. Two assists cleared in 25 of the same 53 wins and 36 of 102 appearances overall. This season it cleared in seven of 10 wins and nine of 14 appearances. The higher return comes with a second setup that many otherwise productive McDavid games didn’t supply.

For more coverage rather than a higher target, 1+ points at −450 allows a goal or an assist. That cleared in 52 of 53 wins and 85 of 102 appearances overall. It retains seven winning games where McDavid scored but didn’t assist, including the March 31 win over Seattle, when he scored once with no assists in Edmonton’s 3–0 victory. The assist option asks for a narrower contribution at a much lighter price.

Neither route cleared in the April 20 playoff win over Anaheim. Edmonton won 4–3, but McDavid finished with no goals or assists despite three shots and 24:50 of ice time. That game remains among the eight winning assist misses and is the lone winning miss for the one-point floor. McDavid is expected to center Edmonton’s top line, though that assignment is unconfirmed. He still needs a teammate to finish a scoring play for this assist option to land.

Evan Bouchard over 0.5 assists (−140)

Bouchard also supplied one assist in each of the latest two 4–0 wins, against Calgary and the Islanders. He has an assist in nine of Edmonton’s 10 wins this season and 12 of his 14 appearances overall. The current winning miss was the October 3 win over Seattle: he played 27:01, put two shots on goal and had no points as Edmonton won 3–1.

The two-season count is 43 of 53 Oilers wins (81.1%) and 66 of 102 appearances overall (64.7%). That’s a lower winning rate than McDavid’s assist option, paired with a lighter individual price. It gives readers a different price and player to consider, without assuming that a high Edmonton goal total will automatically include Bouchard.

His over 0.5 points at −200 adds his own goal as another way to clear. It reached 44 of 53 wins and 72 of 102 appearances overall, compared with 43 winning clears for the assist-only line. The one additional win was the November 12 Philadelphia game: Bouchard scored once, had no assists and helped Edmonton win 2–1. The points market buys that extra route, but it didn’t add any winning clears in this season’s sample; both are nine of 10.

That tradeoff favors considering the less expensive assist requirement here, with 10 historical winning misses still on the record. His listed role is on Edmonton’s top defense pair alongside Mattias Ekholm. That supports expected involvement, not a guaranteed assist or a confirmed amount of ice time.

McDavid and Bouchard can both receive an assist on the same goal, and both depend on Edmonton finishing chances. Their options therefore share scoring exposure. Both missed in that April 20 playoff win over Anaheim: Bouchard also finished without a point in 26:36. The two individual winning rates don’t tell us how often both assist targets will clear together, so compare them as choices before adding both to the same ticket.

Gabe Perreault under 0.5 points (−175)

Perreault was scoreless in each of the Rangers’ latest three games, even though New York scored four goals against Toronto, four against Ottawa and three against Los Angeles. A points under for one skater doesn’t require the whole lineup to go quiet.

Across his two-season Rangers record, Perreault finished without a point in 28 of 35 New York losses (80.0%), compared with 38 of 63 appearances overall (60.3%). This season’s split is seven of seven losses and eight of 14 appearances. The current losing pattern is clear, but the seven-game conditional sample is still small, and his six other point-producing games show that his scoring route remains open.

The points under at −175 requires both zero goals and zero assists. An under 0.5 assists at −380 would allow Perreault to score himself. That assist under cleared in 30 of 35 losses and 46 of 63 appearances overall. It retained two additional losing games in the longer record, while both unders cleared all seven losses this season.

The April 13 loss to Florida shows what the extra coverage would buy. Perreault scored once with no assists and three shots in 16:36, while the Rangers lost 3–2. That goal beat the points under but left the assist under intact. There are seven losing misses for the points under in total; an Edmonton win wouldn’t erase the risk of an individual Perreault goal or setup.

Nor does a scoreless game necessarily mean he lacked chances. Perreault put six shots on goal in the October 17 loss to Columbus and still finished without a point. He has appeared in all 14 games this season, supporting expected regular participation; his exact line assignment and today’s minutes remain unconfirmed. This option needs his chances to stay off the scoring sheet, rather than assuming he’ll have none.

Edmonton lists Matt Tomkins as its confirmed goalie, while Dylan Garand remains unconfirmed for New York.
