Trail Blazers Parlay Picks vs. Nuggets: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Jrue Holiday scored 14 points in Portland’s win over Utah on Saturday. Add his four rebounds and three assists, though, and he reached 21 combined. If you’re backing a Trail Blazers win in Denver, that offers a different way to support the result: Holiday can clear a modest combined target without needing a big scoring night.

Portland visits Ball Arena on Monday, November 2, with tipoff at 9 p.m. Eastern. DraftKings quoted the Trail Blazers at +146. Alongside that hypothetical Portland win, Deni Avdija’s lower points target and Christian Braun’s threes under provide two more options to compare with Holiday’s all-around production.

The records below cover each player’s appearances for his current club in the previous and current seasons, including the playoffs. Portland players are measured in Trail Blazers wins; Braun is measured in Denver losses. The same player and timeframe supply each all-game comparison, while the recent games show where the longer records need a closer look.

Deni Avdija: 18+ points (−321)

Avdija has reached 18 points in every appearance this season, including all four Portland wins. Saturday’s 24 points against Utah came in 30 minutes, with 10 of his points coming at the free-throw line. The opener against Phoenix was a much narrower clearance: exactly 18 points in 23 minutes.

That Phoenix game helps explain the choice of target. DraftKings offered 20 or more at −208, compared with −321 for 18 or more. Across the broader Portland record, moving to 20 reduces his hits in wins from 38 to 32, with 57 hits in 77 appearances overall. The lower target costs more, but it preserves six winning games that the higher one would lose.

This is also a scoring contribution that has often survived a Portland loss. Avdija scored 24 in the recent 124–103 defeat to Memphis, so the case doesn’t require the team result to control his output. The stronger record in wins is useful context, rather than a reason to expect tonight’s result or his exact scoring total.

He remains in the projected starting lineup. Still, even a playoff win hasn’t always produced 18 points: he finished with 14 in 30 minutes when Portland beat San Antonio 106–103 in the playoffs on April 21, 2026. That is the latest miss in the winning-game sample. Consider this the more expensive scoring route, with a lower target rather than a promise of an easy clearance.

Jrue Holiday: 20+ points, rebounds and assists (−153)

Holiday’s scoring, rebounding and passing count together for this offer. His last three Portland wins produced combined totals of 21 against Sacramento, 29 against the Lakers and 21 against Utah. The two totals of 21 show why the rebounds and assists matter: he scored 12 points against Sacramento and 14 against Utah.

His broader record is encouraging, but his present workload deserves attention. Holiday is listed among Portland’s bench players, and his five appearances this season have ranged from 21 to 30 minutes. His average is 24.6 minutes, compared with 30.3 in his Portland appearances last season. The longer hit rate therefore comes with a workload question that this season’s three hits in four wins doesn’t settle.

The opening win over Phoenix supplied the miss: eight points, four rebounds and one assist added up to 13 in 21 minutes. He also finished at 16 combined in the loss to Memphis. A Portland win can leave him well short if his minutes or production stay near that lower end.

Raising the target to 25 offered +196, but that cleared in only 23 of the same 34 Portland wins and 38 of 64 appearances overall. This season, it has landed once in five games. At −153, the 20 target is the more forgiving way to back his mix of contributions; the higher return at 25 asks for much more than his latest winning performance.

Christian Braun: under 1.5 threes (−148)

Braun made seven of nine threes in Denver’s latest win, a 127–120 result against Phoenix. An under on his next game plainly runs against that performance. It deserves attention here because he has finished with no more than one three in 18 of 21 Denver losses across the previous and current seasons, compared with 41 of 55 appearances overall.

Both Denver losses this season fit that pattern: Braun made one of six against Oklahoma City and one of four against Golden State. The five-game all-results record is less convincing, with three under clearances. He made three of eight in the preceding win over New Orleans before his seven-make night against Phoenix.

There is no need to assume a reduced role to explain those recent under hits. Braun played 33 and 34 minutes in the losses and is again in Denver’s projected starting lineup. This is a bet on his made threes staying at zero or one, with both his shooting volume and accuracy in play.

The broader loss sample has misses, too. In a 125–118 defeat to Memphis on March 18, 2026, he made two of five threes in 41 minutes. Denver losing doesn’t prevent him from clearing the line, just as his latest hot shooting doesn’t require another seven makes. At −148, this is the option for a Portland supporter who expects Braun’s outside production to come back down, while giving that latest game proper weight.

Pick the contribution you want alongside Portland

Avdija’s 18-point target buys a lower scoring requirement at the steepest individual price. Holiday offers more ways to accumulate production, but his bench workload matters. Braun’s under asks for the clearest change from his latest outing, so it calls for a firmer view on how Denver’s shooting night will unfold.

You can use one option or compare combinations. Holiday and Avdija share Portland’s minutes and possessions, and the separate records don’t establish a combined chance of success.
