Cleveland’s latest win showed why Evan Mobley’s outside shooting belongs in this matchup’s conversation. He made three threes in 25 minutes at Milwaukee, while James Harden handed out seven assists. If you’re backing the Cavaliers against Philadelphia, those are two contributions to compare: Mobley making shots from deep or Harden setting up his teammates.
For these Cavaliers parlay picks, Side & Support looks at how often those contributions appeared in Cleveland wins, alongside each player’s full-season record. Mobley’s two-threes target pays plus money; Harden’s six-assist target costs more and leaves less work than his seven-assist alternative. Neither needs to be part of a fixed combination.
Cavaliers parlay picks: shooting or playmaking
The table covers this regular season with Cleveland. Both options cleared in four wins, a small sample that needs the recent misses and longer history below to put it in perspective.
| Player & prop | Odds | With this result | All games |
|---|---|---|---|
| Evan Mobley Over 1.5 made threes |
+158 | 100.0% 4 of 4 CLE wins |
50.0% 4 of 8 appearances |
| James Harden 6+ assists |
−207 | 100.0% 4 of 4 CLE wins |
75.0% 6 of 8 appearances |
Evan Mobley: over 1.5 made threes
Mobley has made at least two threes in each Cavaliers win this season, with nights of two, four, five and three makes. The Milwaukee game is a useful example because he got there without needing a long outing. At +158, this returns more profit for the same stake than Harden’s assist choice, but it asks you to back a much less established part of the record.
He made only one three in each of Cleveland’s two latest losses to Oklahoma City. Across last season and this one with the Cavs, he reached two in just nine of 44 wins and 21 of 73 appearances overall. That’s a very different picture from the four wins at the top of the table. This option fits a view of Cleveland winning with another productive Mobley shooting night; the older record gives you a strong reason to be selective.
Jarrett Allen is questionable with a knee injury, so Cleveland’s frontcourt rotation is still unsettled. His status doesn’t tell us that Mobley will get more chances from outside.
James Harden: six or more assists
The choice between six and seven assists matters here. Harden had six in Cleveland’s win over Washington and seven in two other wins. DraftKings offered six or more at −207, compared with seven or more at −109. You pay considerably more for the lower target, but you keep that Washington result and need one fewer assist.
Harden finished with six in each of the latest Oklahoma City losses, too. That’s useful if you expect him to keep creating chances even when Cleveland doesn’t control the whole game. There are still misses to consider: he had five in the earlier loss at Philadelphia and four in Atlanta, despite playing at least 33 minutes in each.
The longer Cleveland record is more consistent than Mobley’s shooting history, though it’s hardly perfect: Harden reached six assists in 19 of 23 wins and 26 of 34 appearances across last season and this one. His current four-win record is encouraging, with a heavier price attached to the extra room.

Choose what you expect Cleveland to do well
Harden’s six-assist option is the one to weigh if you want the lower passing target and accept the heavier price. Mobley’s threes offer the larger payout, with a sharp gap between this season’s wins and his longer history. If you use both, remember that Harden assists and a teammate’s made shots can share the same possession; their separate records don’t give you a combined chance or parlay quote.
