Jackson LaCombe has helped set up a goal in each of Anaheim’s last three wins. Leo Carlsson has joined the scoring in all three, too. If you’re looking at Ducks parlay picks against Calgary, those are two ways to back Anaheim’s offense without needing to name a goalscorer.
The starting point is an Anaheim win. We look at LaCombe and Carlsson in Ducks victories, then turn to Matt Coronato’s assists in Flames losses. The full-season records alongside those results show how much the comparison changes when the team wins or loses. There are only eight Anaheim wins and nine Calgary losses in these current-season samples, so the older records and previous meetings help fill out the picture.

Jackson LaCombe: Over 0.5 assists
LaCombe gives you a passing option from the blue line at −115. He’s coming off one assist against Ottawa, two at Vancouver and another at Edmonton, with more than 23 minutes on the ice in each of those Ducks wins. That’s useful recent support for a player expected on Anaheim’s first defense pair.
There’s a real choice between his assist and point offers. Over 0.5 points was −145 when captured: it returns less profit on the same stake, but also counts a goal. His only assist miss in an Anaheim win this season shows exactly what that extra coverage buys—he scored against Calgary without adding an assist. He then went without a point in the teams’ next meeting, an Anaheim loss.
The current 2026–27 season is the case for his assist here, rather than a long-established winning-game pattern. Across last season and this one, he supplied an assist in 31 of 51 Ducks wins and 57 of 98 appearances overall. His recent production makes the lighter price interesting, but that older record is a reason to keep the early-season production in perspective.
Leo Carlsson: Over 0.5 points
Carlsson’s point offer at −190 lets either a goal or an assist do the work. His last three winning appearances illustrate the flexibility: three assists against Ottawa, a goal at Vancouver and two assists at Edmonton. You’re paying more than for LaCombe’s assist, but you aren’t asking Carlsson to contribute in one specific way.
His point production also has more support across the two seasons. He’s reached the scoresheet in 35 of 42 Anaheim wins since the start of last season, compared with 54 of 86 Ducks appearances overall. This season, he had a point in both earlier Calgary meetings, including the game Anaheim lost.
That doesn’t mean a Ducks win takes care of the bet. Carlsson went without a goal or assist in the Winnipeg win despite playing more than 16 minutes. He’s expected to center Anaheim’s first line, and the current sample covers his whole season so far, including that miss. Troy Terry remains on injured reserve after hip surgery, so this season’s supporting cast also differs from last season’s. LaCombe and Carlsson draw on the same Anaheim offense; taking both adds exposure to its scoring rather than giving you two unrelated bets.
Matt Coronato: Under 0.5 assists
Coronato’s under at −170 asks him to finish without an assist, not without a point. A goal on its own wouldn’t beat it. His passing has been quieter in Calgary’s losses: the current-season contrast is eight of nine losses against ten of sixteen appearances overall. The pattern also appears over last season and this one, with no assist in 46 of 56 Flames losses and 67 of 96 Calgary appearances.
The awkward detail is the opponent. Coronato had an assist in only one Calgary loss this season—and it came against these Ducks, when he had two. He had none in Calgary’s subsequent win over Anaheim. Those two meetings are a useful reminder that the broader loss pattern hasn’t dictated this matchup.
More recently, he had no assists in Calgary’s losses at Edmonton, Colorado and Seattle. But he also produced three in a win over Seattle between those games. With Coronato expected on the Flames’ first line, the appeal is the difference between his winning and losing nights—not an assumption that he lacks a playmaking role.

Putting your Ducks parlay picks together
LaCombe offers the lighter price if you want to follow Anaheim’s recent passing production. Carlsson costs more but gives you a goal-or-assist route with stronger support across two seasons. Coronato’s under takes the comparison to Calgary’s side of the game and still leaves room for him to score a goal.
