Bears Parlay Picks vs. Seahawks: Side & Support Parlay Plays

D’Andre Swift needed both parts of his game to reach 70 yards against Atlanta: 44 on the ground and 26 through the air. That was exactly enough for one of the offers worth considering if you’re backing Chicago at Seattle on Monday night at Lumen Field. A rushing-only target would ask a different question of the Bears’ backfield.

The premise for these Bears parlay picks is a hypothetical Chicago moneyline win, quoted at +145 by DraftKings. Swift’s combined yards and Rome Odunze’s receiving yards offer two Chicago routes. Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s receiving total leaves room for Seattle’s leading receiver to keep producing in a loss. Side & Support puts those individual targets beside their team-result and broader records so you can choose which fits.

Bears parlay picks: compare the workload behind each target

The records cover each player’s current-team appearances since the start of the 2025 season, including the playoffs. Each result-based record uses the same dates and relevant offensive participation as its all-game comparison. Smith-Njigba’s six Seattle losses form a much smaller sample than the 15 or 16 Chicago wins behind the other options. D’Andre Swift: 70+ rushing and receiving yards at −255

Swift has reached a combined 70 yards in all seven games this season. The mix has varied: 124 rushing yards did most of the work against Carolina, while his 45 rushing yards and 54 receiving yards against Minnesota depended heavily on the passing game.

The recent Atlanta win shows why this option uses both. Swift carried 16 times for 44 yards and caught four passes for another 26, finishing on exactly 70. He followed that with 78 rushing yards and 12 receiving yards in the win over New England. You don’t need to decide in advance which part will provide every yard.

DraftKings quotes 60 combined yards at −427, compared with −255 for 70. The lower target appeared in 15 of Swift’s 16 Bears wins over the full period, against 14 for 70. It buys extra room, but at a considerably heavier price. Three of his current games finished at 70, 73 and 74, so the higher target hasn’t always had much to spare.

There are also winning-game misses in the longer record. Swift had 38 rushing yards and 22 receiving yards when Chicago beat Las Vegas 25–24 last season, enough for 60 but not 70. Against Pittsburgh on November 23, 2025, eight carries for 15 yards and one catch for 14 left him at 29 despite a 31–28 Bears win.

Kyle Monangai is out with a thumb/toe issue, leaving a different backfield mix for this game. Swift’s 22 carries against New England show recent involvement, but the absence doesn’t guarantee a specific carry count or efficiency. Consider the combined option if you want both rushing and receiving to count toward a modest yardage night, while keeping those limited-workload exceptions in mind.

Rome Odunze: 30+ receiving yards at −205

Odunze gives you a receiving target that has held up across Chicago results. He has reached 30 yards in every game this season, including all five Bears wins. His seven totals range from 39 to 94 yards, so this choice doesn’t require one of his biggest games.

The all-game record is actually stronger than the winning-game record. This is a case for consistency rather than assuming a Bears win boosts his production. His latest two games brought 39 yards on three catches against Atlanta and 69 on four catches against New England. Caleb Williams threw for 305 and 308 yards in those wins, but Odunze didn’t need a huge share of either total to clear 30.

Forty receiving yards is available at −112, compared with −205 for 30. It appeared in 10 of his 15 Chicago wins over the full period, against 13 for the lower target. The 39-yard Atlanta game would have missed the higher requirement by one yard. That’s the practical difference you’re paying for.

The older misses are important because neither was a nonappearance. Odunze caught none of his three targets in Chicago’s 47–42 win over Cincinnati last season. He also finished with eight yards on two catches from six targets in the 24–15 win over Philadelphia. Even a high-scoring Bears win, or several chances to catch the ball, hasn’t guaranteed the lower total.

Chicago also has Luther Burden III and Colston Loveland among its receiving options. Odunze’s recent four- and five-target games make this a choice about a smaller yardage requirement, not an assumption that he’ll dominate the passing game. The extra room costs more than the 40-yard offer, with the same competition for targets.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba: 100+ receiving yards at −113

A Chicago win can still leave plenty of receiving production for Smith-Njigba. He has passed 100 yards in all three Seattle losses this season: 128 against Washington, 102 against San Francisco and 134 against Denver. The longer Seattle losing-game record is six of six, but six games remain a small basis for judging tonight.

His recent overall production adds context beyond those defeats. Smith-Njigba has reached 100 in six of seven games this season, most recently catching nine passes for 150 yards against Kansas City. Rashid Shaheed is out with a knee injury, a material change in Seattle’s receiving group. That doesn’t guarantee where every target will go.

Even the recent losing-game run has had a close call: Smith-Njigba finished with 102 yards against San Francisco on October 11. That left only two yards to spare over this target.

The broader record also shows how demanding 100 is: it appeared in 16 of 27 Seattle appearances over this period. This season’s miss was 76 yards on five catches against the Chargers. The previous season’s playoff wins included 19 yards against San Francisco on January 17, 2026, and 27 against New England on February 8; he had 10 targets in the latter game. Opportunity hasn’t always turned into a big total.

At −113, this is the lightest price in the table, but it asks for the largest individual receiving night. Consider it if your Bears-win view still leaves room for Seattle to move the ball through Smith-Njigba. The perfect losing-game record is an observation from a small sample, not a promise that a Chicago win brings another 100 yards.

Choose how much production you want to ask for

Swift lets two kinds of yardage contribute to one target. Odunze asks for a smaller piece of Chicago’s passing game. If you prefer Smith-Njigba’s bigger receiving total at the lighter price, keep the six-loss sample and his broader record beside the recent run.

You can choose a route without taking all three. The players share one game, and their separate historical records don’t establish a combined success probability or a sportsbook parlay price. Follow the live Bears–Seahawks matchup, or explore more NFL parlay ideas.
