Milwaukee won both of Robert Gasser’s starts this October, but only one lasted long enough to clear tonight’s outs line. That’s the wrinkle if you’re backing a Brewers win in World Series Game 3: his season-long record makes a case for the over, while his recent workload gives you a reason to look more closely.
This Side & Support edition works through three pieces of that Milwaukee-win picture: Gasser getting into the fifth inning, Garrett Mitchell contributing at the plate, and Ben Williamson staying below a combined hitting-and-scoring total. These Brewers parlay picks let you compare the different requirements before deciding what belongs alongside your side.
Three props to weigh with a Brewers win
The records below cover each player’s starts for his current team in the seasons shown, including the playoffs.
| Player & prop | Odds | MIL wins / TB loses | All starts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Robert Gasser Over 12.5 outs recorded Brewers · 2026 starts |
+117 | 86.7% 13 of 15 Brewers wins |
81.8% 18 of 22 starts |
| Garrett Mitchell 1+ hits + runs + RBIs Brewers · 2026 starts |
−195 | 81.6% 71 of 87 Brewers wins |
73.3% 99 of 135 starts |
| Ben Williamson Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs Rays · 2026 starts |
−173 | 83.3% 20 of 24 Rays losses |
65.2% 45 of 69 starts |
Robert Gasser: over 12.5 outs recorded
Gasser’s outs over is +117 at DraftKings. He has recorded at least 13 outs in 13 of the 15 Brewers wins he started this season, compared with 18 of his 22 starts overall. Thirteen outs means four full innings and one more out in the fifth; it doesn’t require him to finish five innings.
The October comparison is less comfortable. Milwaukee won his two postseason starts, but Gasser threw 56 pitches over four innings and 72 over five innings. One would have missed this line, and one would have cleared it. His other winning miss this season was an 11-out start in August.
That’s the choice behind the plus price. A Brewers win can come with enough Gasser innings to reach 13 outs, but it can also arrive after Milwaukee turns the game over to its bullpen earlier. His team winning and his outing lasting long enough are two separate requirements.
Garrett Mitchell: 1+ hits, runs and RBIs combined
Mitchell’s combined-stat alternate is −195. Any one hit, run or RBI gets him to one; he doesn’t need all three. He has reached that mark in 71 of his 87 starts in Brewers wins this season, compared with 99 of 135 starts overall.
That gives you more ways to get there than a hit-only requirement. A walk doesn’t count by itself, but Mitchell could walk and later score without recording a hit. Equally, one hit is enough even if Milwaukee never brings him home.
The recent results keep the season-long percentage in perspective. He reached one in seven of nine starts in Milwaukee’s postseason wins, missing in NLCS Game 2 and World Series Game 1. He got back over the line in Game 2 with a combined total of two.
Ben Williamson: under 1.5 hits, runs and RBIs combined
Williamson’s combined under is −173. He has finished with zero or one across those three categories in 20 of the 24 Rays losses he started this season, compared with 45 of 69 Tampa Bay starts overall.
The combined wording matters. This under leaves room for one hit if Williamson neither scores nor drives in a run. But a single followed by a run scored adds up to two and beats the under, even though he only reached base once.
In his four October starts, Williamson’s combined totals were zero, one, two and zero. Both zeros came in Rays losses, including Game 1 of this series. He came off the bench in Game 2, so this is one to revisit if he’s back in tonight’s lineup.
Brewers parlay picks: choosing your support
Gasser offers the plus price, with the clearest difference between his full season and his two October starts. Mitchell supplies several ways to contribute, while Williamson’s under asks Tampa Bay to keep one part of its offense contained.
Gasser and Williamson could face each other, so weigh those two legs together when checking your sportsbook’s SGP price. Mitchell gives you another way to back Milwaukee’s offense without asking for a big night.
