Tampa Bay has another way to keep the game balanced. We project roughly 116 rushing yards for the Buccaneers and 98 for Cincinnati. A steadier ground game could help Tampa Bay avoid asking Mayfield to match Burrow throw for throw.
Last season offers a note of caution
Each team went 3-7 over its final 10 games of the 2025 season, but the against-the-spread results were very different. Cincinnati went 5-5 ATS during that stretch, while Tampa Bay covered only once. Both teams also played six unders across those 10 games.

Cincinnati has the higher offensive grade, the stronger passing-yard projection and home field. The catch is that laying 3.5 requires the Bengals to do more than win. Tampa Bay’s better defensive grade and projected rushing edge provide a credible path for the Buccaneers to keep the margin tight.
