The Lakers won the first meeting with the Clippers 125–117, even though Luka Dončić finished with only 30 combined points and assists. That result is a useful starting point for the rematch: a Lakers victory and a big Dončić total can travel together, but last week’s game showed that one does not require the other.
For Wednesday’s rematch at the Clippers, these Lakers parlay picks use a hypothetical Lakers win to compare Dončić’s 35+ points-and-assists milestone with Darius Garland and Kobe Sanders unders. The Lakers were −192 on the moneyline in the reference snapshot. These are individual supporting options to compare, rather than a three-leg prescription.
Player options alongside a Lakers win
The records cover actual appearances for each player’s current team from the previous season through this season’s completed games, including postseason games where available. Each overall baseline uses the same dates, team and participation as its conditional record. Garland’s Clippers history is shorter because it begins in March. Current-season and recent opponent results are discussed separately below.
| Player & prop | Odds | With this result | All appearances |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luka Dončić 35+ points & assists |
−310 | 87.0% 40 of 46 LAL wins |
79.4% 54 of 68 appearances |
| Darius Garland Under 34.5 points & assists |
−123 | 88.9% 8 of 9 LAC losses |
87.0% 20 of 23 appearances |
| Kobe Sanders Under 12.5 points |
−109 | 91.4% 32 of 35 LAC losses |
87.5% 63 of 72 appearances |
The Dončić market is the actual offered inclusive 35+ milestone: 35 succeeds. The two unders use half-point lines. Individual DraftKings prices can change, and these historical records do not provide the probability or quoted payout of combining the options.
Luka Dončić: 35+ points and assists at −310
Dončić reached at least 35 combined points and assists in 40 of 46 Lakers wins (87.0%), against 54 of 68 Lakers appearances overall (79.4%). This is a Lakers-only sample. It keeps the question tied to his current team while letting either his scoring or his playmaking carry part of the requirement.
His four totals this season were 35, 30, 62 and 50. The first three were Lakers wins, making his current win record two of three. The latest 50 came from 41 points and nine assists in Tuesday’s 136–129 loss to Portland. Strong individual production clearly has not depended on the Lakers winning.
The direct matchup warning is just as relevant: he had 23 points and seven assists in 37 minutes in the earlier win over the Clippers, missing this milestone by five. The longer record contains six win misses, including a shortened 16-minute appearance as well as that full-workload outing against the Clippers.
The expected starting point guard has no current injury flag in the matchup context. The 35+ combined market at −310 gives a longer individual return than his 25+ points milestone at −462, which reached 42 of 46 Lakers wins in the same sample. That trade asks for assists to help when his points stay lower, rather than reducing the scoring requirement alone. It is a useful route if you expect Dončić to drive both scoring and creation, with the previous Clippers game a clear reason for restraint.
Darius Garland: under 34.5 points and assists at −123
Garland stayed at 34 or fewer combined points and assists in eight of nine Clippers losses (88.9%), compared with 20 of 23 Clippers appearances overall (87.0%). Nine losses are a small population, and no Cleveland appearances have been added. The one Clippers loss above the line came with a combined total of 35 in March.
He finished with 32 in the previous Lakers meeting: 26 points and six assists. That is a helpful example of the actual demand. Garland can have a productive scoring night while this under still succeeds, but extra playmaking can quickly use the remaining room. His next game at Oklahoma City brought 16 points and 11 assists, for a total of 27.
His opening win over Sacramento came close to the current line: 30 points and four assists made 34, just half a point below 34.5. His current totals of 34, 32 and 27 give three hits in three appearances and two in two losses. That opening result shows how little room a productive night can leave. Current minutes of 32, 37 and 36 are higher than his roughly 29-minute average in the previous-season Clippers sample. The expected starting role and increased workload matter more than treating the older rate as a limit on his ability.
At −123, this offers a slightly longer individual return than his under 8.5 assists at −140. The Oklahoma City game beat the assist under while staying below the combined line. His under 37.5 points, rebounds and assists was also quoted at −123. This version removes rebounds but also lowers the allowed total, so the same price does not make the requirements interchangeable. Choose the requirement that fits your view of his scoring and passing; do not count related Garland unders as independent support.
Kobe Sanders: under 12.5 points at −109
Sanders scored 12 or fewer points in 32 of 35 Clippers losses (91.4%), compared with 63 of 72 Clippers appearances overall (87.5%). His three loss misses all finished at 17 points, in games with 30, 34 and 24 minutes. That gives the longer record a concrete workload limit to consider, rather than treating a bench designation as a guarantee of quiet scoring.
He has played 19, 19 and 20 minutes this season, close to his previous-season average of about 20. His point totals were two, five and 12. Five of those points came in the earlier Lakers meeting; the latest 12 came on ten shots against Oklahoma City, including two made three-pointers. One additional made free throw in that latest game would have defeated this under.
Sanders is currently listed among the expected bench options, without a current injury flag. Rui Hachimura is ruled out with a quadriceps injury, and the Clippers’ other absences make the final rotation worth checking. The current minutes pattern supports using the longer sample, but expanded opportunity is a meaningful way the comparison could become less useful.
The points-only under at −109 separates scoring from Sanders’ rebounding. His under 15.5 points plus rebounds at −103 occurred in 30 of the same 35 Clippers losses, but his latest 12 points and four rebounds would have beaten that combined under. The selected market allows that rebounding activity while still requiring him to stay below 13 points.
Which route fits the rematch?
Dončić 35+ points and assists is the direct Lakers production route, with a longer 46-win sample and a short −310 individual return. The previous Clippers meeting is its most relevant recent miss. Garland’s combined under allows substantial scoring but needs his scoring and assists to stay within the same cap, with only nine Clippers losses behind its conditional record. Sanders’ points under has more Clippers history and a steady recent minutes pattern, while his latest near miss and the unsettled rotation deserve attention.
A Lakers win does not guarantee either Clippers under, and the two unders can share a team scoring or rotation story. Separate rates do not establish independence or joint success.
