Jamal Murray had more combined rebounds and assists in his six-point season opener than in his 42-point game against New Orleans: 13 in the opener, nine against the Pelicans. That contrast is useful for this rematch. Backing Denver does not have to mean asking every supporting player market to follow the scoring column.
For Wednesday’s visit to New Orleans, these Nuggets parlay picks take a hypothetical Denver win and examine Nikola Jokić’s assists, Murray’s rebounds and assists, and Saddiq Bey’s points and assists for the opposing Pelicans. Denver was −185 on the moneyline in the DraftKings reference snapshot. The player options below have their own requirements and individual prices; they are choices to compare, not a prescribed three-leg bundle.
Supporting options for a Denver win
The records cover actual appearances for each player’s current club from the previous season through the completed games of this season, including postseason games where available. Each all-appearance baseline uses the same player, team, dates and participation rules as its conditional sample. The Nuggets’ players are measured in Denver wins; Bey is measured in New Orleans losses.
| Player & prop | Odds | With this result | All appearances |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nikola Jokić 7+ assists |
−573 | 89.1% 41 of 46 DEN wins |
85.1% 63 of 74 appearances |
| Jamal Murray 8+ rebounds & assists |
−600 | 88.2% 45 of 51 DEN wins |
88.1% 74 of 84 appearances |
| Saddiq Bey 10+ points & assists |
−262 | 88.2% 45 of 51 NO losses |
92.0% 69 of 75 appearances |
These are actual inclusive milestone offers: exactly seven assists, eight combined rebounds and assists, or 10 combined points and assists succeeds in the corresponding market. Prices are individual DraftKings snapshots and can change. Historical frequencies describe those samples, not the next game’s probabilities or the chance of a combined parlay.
Nikola Jokić: 7+ assists at −573
Jokić recorded at least seven assists in 41 of 46 Denver wins (89.1%), compared with 63 of 74 Denver appearances overall (85.1%). The win record is somewhat higher, but the broader history also shows how often this lower assist milestone has been attainable across different results.
His current-season assist totals are five, 10 and 11. The 10 came in Denver’s 141–135 win over New Orleans, alongside 35 points and 15 rebounds in 44 minutes. His next game produced 11 assists in a loss to Golden State. The passing requirement can therefore fit a Denver win without depending on one, and it does not require another 35-point scoring performance.
The opener is the immediate counterexample: five assists in 35 minutes against Oklahoma City. Playing a full game did not make seven automatic. The longer win sample includes five misses, with assist totals of six, five, six, five and one; those appearances ranged from 18 to 36 minutes. The misses include both shortened and regular workloads.
The offered 8+ assists milestone was −341, compared with −573 for seven. Moving down one assist covered two additional historical wins in this sample, while shortening the available return. That is a real threshold-and-price decision, not proof that the more expensive option offers better value. The main over 9.5 assists asks for at least 10, a different demand again.
Jokić is the expected starting center without a current injury flag in the matchup context. Cameron Johnson is doubtful with an ankle injury, leaving part of Denver’s wing rotation uncertain. Keep the expected finishers and current price in view before relying on the previous matchup’s passing total.
Jamal Murray: 8+ rebounds and assists at −600
Murray reached eight combined rebounds and assists in 45 of 51 Denver wins (88.2%) and 74 of 84 Denver appearances overall (88.1%). Those nearly identical rates matter: the case is consistent attainability during wins, rather than evidence that a Denver victory makes this threshold substantially more frequent.
His three current combined totals are 13, nine and 14. The opener’s 10 rebounds and three assists cleared eight despite his six points. Against New Orleans, three rebounds and six assists produced nine while he scored 42. He then had six rebounds and eight assists against Golden State. This market permits different balances between the two statistics and does not require a particular scoring night.
The nine against the Pelicans also shows the limited room in the most relevant recent result: it cleared by one, in 43 minutes. His other current workloads were 37 and 36 minutes. The six historical win misses included combined totals of seven, five, seven, one, six and seven, including an eight-minute appearance and several games above 30 minutes. An expected starting role does not eliminate that downside.
At −600, eight combined rebounds and assists is a costly individual choice. Murray’s 5+ assists alternative was −379, but it removes the rebounding route and asks for five assists specifically. He had only three in the opener, despite clearing the selected combined milestone. Choose between the requirements based on the production you expect; the lower price on an assists-only market does not make it the same bet.
Murray is the expected starting point guard without a current injury flag. His assist production and Jokić’s are part of the same Denver game environment. Their separate records do not establish independence or justify multiplying the displayed rates.
Saddiq Bey: 10+ points and assists at −262
An opposing player’s production can remain compatible with a Nuggets win. Bey reached 10 combined points and assists in 45 of 51 Pelicans losses (88.2%), compared with 69 of 75 New Orleans appearances overall (92.0%). His frequency was lower in losses. The point is that the requirement often remained attainable while his team lost, not that losing improved his production.
Bey’s current totals are 13, 21 and 17, all in New Orleans losses. The 17 against Denver came from 14 points and three assists in 25 minutes off the bench. His opening game had 13 points and no assists, showing that this combined market does not require him to supply both statistics.
His workload deserves attention. Bey averaged about 31 minutes in the previous-season Pelicans sample, compared with 24, 22 and 25 minutes this season, and he is currently an expected bench option. The recent hits support the lower milestone in that reduced role, but three games cannot settle how his rotation will develop.
The six historical loss misses remain included: combined totals of nine, nine, two, four, five and six. Five occurred in 18–22 minutes, while the sixth came in 30 minutes. Reduced opportunity is relevant, but a longer appearance alone has not guaranteed a hit.
The 13+ points and assists offer was −115, against −262 for 10+. That higher threshold was met in 41 of 51 losses (80.4%), and Bey’s current opener landed exactly on 13. The lower milestone provides more room at a shorter return. These are alternatives on the same production, not separate evidence for stacking two Bey bets.
Match the requirement to your view of the rematch
Jokić’s option isolates seven assists. Murray’s allows rebounds to carry part of an eight-total requirement, while Bey’s permits scoring or assists from the opposing bench. The expensive Denver milestones deserve particular price scrutiny; high historical frequencies do not establish an edge at the quoted odds.
All three requirements were met in the previous Denver win, but that single meeting does not verify a repeat or a combined price. Compare the individual demands, refresh the lines and expected personnel, and choose only the support that fits your view of this game.
