Cooper Flagg has handed out at least six assists in each of his five appearances in Dallas wins this season. If you’re backing the Mavericks against Brooklyn, his passing offers a different route from asking him to lead the scoring: he reached six during a 14-point performance against Indiana and seven in the latest win over Utah.
For these Mavericks parlay picks, a Dallas-win view directs us toward Flagg and P.J. Washington in Mavericks victories, and Julius Randle in Brooklyn defeats. Washington’s six rebounds and Randle’s seven add two options on the glass. The all-game records beside them show how those contributions compare across other results—the idea behind Side & Support Parlay Plays.
Mavericks parlay picks: three routes alongside a win
Flagg and Randle use this season’s current-club appearances, so their records cover just five Dallas wins and seven Brooklyn losses. Washington’s larger sample covers the 2025–26 and 2026–27 regular seasons with Dallas. Individual DraftKings prices were observed Sunday morning, November 8, and can change.

Cooper Flagg: Over 5.5 assists
Flagg’s latest winning contribution was nicely balanced: 21 points, ten rebounds and seven assists against Utah. Earlier, he had eleven assists against Miami and eight against Oklahoma City. The passing option lets you back that part of his game without needing another 30-point night.
Over 5.5 assists was −143, slightly lighter than the −147 price for the equivalent six-assist milestone. Raising the request to seven assists paid +125. It covered three of eight appearances overall and would have missed two of the five winning appearances: six against Indiana and six against Houston. Flagg played only 17 minutes in that Indiana game, compared with 39 in the Houston win, so those matching totals came in very different outings.
The lower five-assist offer cost −288. It covered the same five wins and seven of eight appearances overall, adding his five-assist performance in the recent loss to San Antonio. That’s useful room if you expect him to land one short, but it costs considerably more for no extra winning game in this season’s small sample.
His passing has been more productive this season: 6.4 assists per appearance, up from 4.5 last regular season. The longer Dallas record is much less encouraging for six assists—13 of 27 wins across the two seasons, compared with 32 of 78 appearances overall. Last season’s win over Brooklyn included five assists in 35 minutes. This is an early-season passing idea, not a pattern that has held across these two Dallas seasons; his recent five against San Antonio also came with 40 minutes to work.
P.J. Washington: 6+ rebounds
Washington gives you a way to back Dallas without depending on his scoring. He scored only three points in the win over Houston, but collected ten rebounds over 34 minutes. Against Utah, his latest six boards were enough to get this offer home even though there was no spare rebound.
Six rebounds cost −225. Seven was −123, but that extra board would remove the Utah win from this season’s record. Across the two regular seasons, seven rebounds covered fourteen of Washington’s 21 Dallas wins and 36 of 65 appearances overall; six covered seventeen wins and 43 appearances. You’re paying for the extra room, rather than getting the same history at a cheaper price.
Going down to five cost −448 and recovered one more winning appearance in the longer sample: five rebounds against Portland. That meant eighteen of 21 wins and 54 of 65 appearances overall, but the much heavier individual price makes six a useful middle choice.
There are direct reminders that a Dallas win doesn’t guarantee six. Washington had four rebounds in two wins over Brooklyn last season, playing 25 and 30 minutes. His other misses in wins were one rebound in a twelve-minute Houston outing and five against Portland. More recently, he had five rebounds in 38 minutes against Sacramento, then ten in 39 minutes against San Antonio; Dallas lost both. The stronger record in Mavericks wins is a comparison, not a promise that the result controls his rebounding.
Julius Randle: 7+ rebounds
Brooklyn doesn’t have to win for Randle to be busy on the glass. He collected seven rebounds in 34 minutes in the latest loss to Atlanta, after eleven in the previous loss to New York. Seven was also enough in the loss to Indiana, when he played just 24 minutes.
The seven-rebound milestone and over 6.5 rebounds were both −115. Dropping to six cost −203 and covered all seven Brooklyn losses and seven of nine appearances overall this season, recovering the six-rebound game against Cleveland. At seven, that Cleveland loss is the one miss, despite Randle playing 35 minutes.
The higher eight-rebound offer paid +147, but only four of those seven losses and four of nine appearances overall reached it. Both the latest Atlanta game and the Indiana loss finished on seven. The bigger payout comes with a meaningful extra requirement; it isn’t simply a better-priced version of the same choice.
Randle had five rebounds against Indiana and three against Charlotte in Brooklyn’s two wins. That’s why the loss-only record looks stronger than his all-game result, but nine games with the Nets are still a thin basis for a lasting conclusion. These figures cover Brooklyn only, without folding in his previous club’s games. His latest total also landed exactly on seven, leaving no room for one fewer rebound tonight.

Choose the contribution you want to back
Flagg’s passing is the more recent change to consider; Washington’s six rebounds have the longer Dallas record behind them. If you prefer a rebound option at a lighter individual price, Randle’s seven comes with a smaller Brooklyn sample and less room than his six-board alternative. Pick the route that fits your view of a Mavericks win. Washington and Randle share the same game and compete for some of the same missed shots, so their separate records don’t establish what combining them would do.
