Wild Parlay Picks vs. Sharks: Side & Support Parlay Plays

Joel Eriksson Ek has a point in Minnesota’s last ten victories. If you’re backing the Wild against San Jose, his goal-or-assist market gives you a concrete place to start: he’s contributed through both finishing and passing, rather than needing one particular kind of scoring play.

These Wild parlay picks also look across the ice, at Mason Marchment and Tyler Toffoli going without a point in Sharks losses. That’s the Side & Support comparison: begin with Minnesota winning, then examine Wild players in wins and Sharks players in defeats. Each option’s all-game record helps put that result-specific pattern in perspective.

Wild parlay picks: a Minnesota point or a Sharks scoring blank

These records cover appearances with each player’s current club in the 2026–27 regular season, from October 1 through the November 6 research cutoff. Eriksson Ek’s comparison includes 11 Minnesota wins; the Sharks unders each include ten defeats. They’re early-season records, with the full counts below.

Joel Eriksson Ek over 0.5 points (−165)

Eriksson Ek’s only point-free Wild victory came in his first game of the season, against Nashville. He’s had a goal or an assist in every Minnesota win since. His last two victories show the flexibility: two assists against Washington, then a goal against Philadelphia. The points market counts either contribution.

That matters when comparing the offers. His over 0.5 assists was available at +130, but the Philadelphia goal came without a helper. The −165 points price asks you to pay for that second route. He’s expected to center the first line, and his most recent game brought 19:17 of ice time, so the case rests on an established scoring role.

The opening Nashville miss came in 20:20, despite three shots on goal; playing plenty doesn’t guarantee a point. The longer Minnesota record is less convincing, too. Across the previous and current regular seasons, beginning October 1, 2025, he recorded a point in 39 of 52 Wild wins and 48 of 87 appearances overall. That’s a useful check on the current ten-of-eleven winning record, rather than support for treating it as his usual success rate.

Mason Marchment under 0.5 points (−155)

Marchment has gone without a point in San Jose’s last three defeats, including the latest loss to Los Angeles. He put four shots on goal in that game and played 18:05. He went without a point despite putting the puck on net four times.

His recent workload also deserves attention. The preceding Calgary loss brought 21:10 of ice time, above the roughly 14–17 minutes he played in many earlier games. He’s expected on San Jose’s second line. More time gives him more opportunities to spoil a no-point bet, even though neither of those latest two games produced a goal or an assist.

The two misses in Sharks losses came through different routes: a goal against Toronto and an assist in the later Boston defeat. San Jose’s most recent win, against Vancouver, brought one of each. Under 0.5 points needs both routes to stay closed.

At −155, that stricter requirement comes at a lighter price than his −310 assists under, which would allow him to score. The previous-and-current-season check contains the same 17 Sharks appearances, so it adds no older San Jose evidence. His eight point-free losses out of ten are worth comparing, with that limited club history and the increased recent minutes in view.

Tyler Toffoli under 0.5 points (−175)

Toffoli has been held without a point in four straight games, including a Sharks win over Vancouver and their last three losses. One of those defeats, against Calgary, brought six shots on goal in 17 minutes without a goal or an assist. His latest outing against Los Angeles was quieter: one shot and no points in 15:41.

Those are two different ways to land on the same result, which is useful context for a scoring under. But Toffoli remains an expected first-line winger. A shot-heavy night such as Calgary gives him chances to end the drought; the under isn’t a bet that he’ll disappear from the offense.

His two scoring games in Sharks losses were assists against Toronto and Boston. An assist was enough to rule out a no-point night, even without a goal of his own. His assists under was offered at −350, with the important extra flexibility to allow a goal. The points market is the cheaper, more demanding choice.

The broader record weakens the recent picture. From October 1, 2025, across the previous and current regular seasons, Toffoli went without a point in 34 of 51 San Jose losses and 53 of 96 appearances overall. His current eight-of-ten loss record sits above that longer history; the four-game scoring drought is recent support, not a promise that it continues.

Which route fits your view of a Wild win?

Eriksson Ek gives you two ways to get the one point you need. The Sharks unders ask for a complete scoring blank, with Marchment carrying the lighter price and Toffoli the longer current drought. Choosing one route can be enough; the table isn’t an instruction to take all three.

The two Sharks unders share exposure to San Jose’s scoring, and separate historical records don’t tell us their combined chance of success or a fair parlay price. The individual offers help compare those choices; they aren’t a combined sportsbook quote.
